Build Quality

Construction at Avenel is being carried out by craftsman builders and tradesman including carpenters and stone masons. Attention to detail is key from the outset in order to produce this quality of traditional build which includes solid walls and floors, finished in wetdash render with dressed sandstone relief under a slate roof.

Internally time has been taken to ensure that the finish is perfect from the flooring through to the fitting of the highly specified kitchen and bathrooms. The houses all have high ceilings complemented by deep cornicing and skirtings. Cabinet makers have crafted the detail on the stairs and the bannister as shown in the above images. They have also created the detail inside the wardrobes including the drawer cabinets, shelves and shoe racks.
